The white and light red fari, both sprinkled with blood and dirt, slowly emerged from the door, leaning heavily on either side of the doorframe.
With slow, surveying eyes, they glared first at Barky, and then to Kirby, who sighed and looked outside the shining window, where she could faintly hear the chirping of birds.
Barky ruffled his spikes a bit before looking towards Kirby, holding her hand softly and giving a gentle smile
“Boom here found you two unconscious. He carried you two all the way over here.”
With a quiet clink of glass and a shuffle of padded feet, Angel slowly entered the room, excusing Boom who silently stomped away. Angel's wings flapped softly as she quickly stood next to Kirby's bedside.
“This will help your headaches and help you sleep better.”
Angel gently raised Kirby's hand and placed the pills and glass of water in them, sitting the metal carrying tray to the side.
